The Ag World Golf Classic Celebrates 10 Years of Giving to

the Ronald McDonald House Charities Inland Northwest

10th Annual Ag World Golf Classic gives $95,471 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities Inland Northwest

The Ag World Golf Classic celebrated 10 years of giving to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Inland Northwest. The event was hosted by Simplot, Lamb Weston, McCain Foods, Potato Growers of Washington, and Ag World Support Systems. The charity golf tournament took place on June 6, at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick, WA, and June 8, at The Links at Moses Pointe in Moses Lake, WA.

“The Ag World Golf Classic was a vision started by my father, Warren Henninger, to bring the Columbia Basin agricultural community together by supporting one great cause,” said Bryan Henninger, President and CEO of Ag World Support Systems.

The Ag World Golf Classic has donated over $844,725 for the past 10 years to the Ronald McDonald House in Spokane, WA. This event would not have been a success or possible without the generosity of 80 sponsors, 254 golfers, and many local supporters.

The tournaments format included a shotgun start with an 18-hole scramble which includes food, drinks, and giveaways along the course, all generously provided by hole hosts:  Agri-Stor, Bud Clary, Corwin Ford, Stephen’s Media Group, Yara, Washington State Potato Commission, Vive Crop Protection, Columbia Labs, AFCO a ZEP Company, Stoller USA, CentiMark Roofing, Pinion, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Ag World Support Systems.

Trinette Baer-Kowalski, Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House in Spokane, Washington, said, “Thank you for your support and generosity. The Ag World Golf Classic is one of the largest events raising funds for the house. Your generosity helps families experiencing medical crises with their children.  So far in 2023, the Ronald McDonald House has housed 1642 individuals.”

Next year’s events are set for June 4, 2024, at Canyon Lakes Golf Course, in Kennewick, WA, and June 6, 2024, at the Links at Moses Pointe in Moses Lake, WA. Mark your calendars and join us for the 11th Annual Ag World Golf Classic!
